Mr. Oderinu’s experience, which span over two decades was in Accounting, Marketing and largely in Human Resources Management and Administration. He bagged many awards for excellent performance among which are Best Manager of the Year SCOA Trading, Lagos in 1986, Merit Award for Excellence Performance in Print Inks Nigeria Limited in 1994, Gold Award for Contribution to Development of Oasis Group Limited in 2002 and Diamond Award for Loyalty and Commitment to Oasis Group Limited in 2008.
A talented and experience Management Consultant is a member of many professional bodies including Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPM), Nigerian Institute for Training and Development (ANITD), Nigerian Institute of Safety Professionals (ANISP), Nigerian Institute of Management (ANIM) and Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply, London (ACIP).
Mr. Olatunde Ojeleye studied Accountancy at the Lagos State College of Science and Technology from where he obtained a Higher National Diploma with distinction in July 1983. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1985 and was admitted an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in 1986. He also holds an MBA of the University of Ibadan and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria.
Mr. Ojeleye worked between 1978 and 1979 with the then Financial System and Control Department of the Central Bank of Nigeria after his secondary education at Olivet Baptist High School, Oyo. He had his professional training with Messrs Ebun Johnson & Co between 1984 and 1989 where he rose to become an Assistant Manager. Thereafter, he joined Steelways Nigeria Limited as Chief Accountant in 1989. He later worked in a number of other places before joining the Allied Bank of Nigeria PLC where he rose to become Head of Financial Control and Treasury. He is also a Director of JESMART Limited a firm of Brokers and Consultants.
He worked as Associate of BUMANS Services Ltd, where he was deeply involved in the due diligence assessment of companies for the operation of the SMEIES program of the Union Bank of Nigeria PLC. Currently the Director of Mario Consulting Limited, he is totally computer literate and directly oversees technology related assignments of the company

He was formerly the Head of Procurement at International Institute of Tropical Agriculture Headquarters, Ibadan. He is a graduate of Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply-CIPS/B.Sc - London - 1991. He also holds MBA from University of Ado Ekiti in 2003. He also holds Higher Diploma in Sales and Marketing Management from Trans-World College – USA.
Mr. Ariyibi experiences were with Guinness Nigeria Plc, Nigeria Hoechst Plc, (Now Nigeria German Chemicals Plc), Nisskan and Associates Limited, Tape Consulting and Mario Consulting Limited. He has more than two decades of working experience in Manufacturing, Institutions and Service Industries at middle and senior management levels. A talented Lecturer, he lectures on part-time basis at Lagos State Polytechnic, All-Over Central Polytechnic, Sango Ota, The Polytechnic Ibadan, Lagos Annexes. He is a member of many professional bodies including Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply, London, Institute of Materials Handling, London, Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply Management of Nigeria and many more others. He is the Managing consultant of MCL Logistics and Supply Chain Consults.
He is a graduate of Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply - London - 1980. He is also a graduate of West Bromwich College of Commerce and Technology, UK – 1980 and British Institute of Purchasing and Supply, UK - 1979.
Mr. Fadipe is currently a Quality Assurance and Safety Manager, formerly a Purchasing Manager at Nexans Kablemetal (Nig.) Plc, Ikeja. Also he was once a Purchasing Manager of Nigerian Hoechst Plc, now Nigerian German Chemicals Plc, Ikeja.
He is a member of many professional bodies, among these are: Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply – London; Nigerian Institute of Management (Chartered); Standard Organization of Nigeria (SON); Certified Quality Auditors; Nigeria Institute of Safety Professionals and a Fellow of Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply of Nigeria among others.
Mr. Oladele holds final Professional Diploma in Purchasing and Supply, London 1982 and MBA in Business Administration from Ladoke Akintola University, Ogbomoso, Oyo State in 2001. He has worked in various organizations at Senior Management level spanning over two decades. Some of these organizations include standard Breweries Limited, Ibadan, Institute of Tropical Agriculture IITA and West Africa Batteries Limited.
Mr. Oladele is a Member of Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply, Member, Institute of Material Handling, London and Member, Nigerian Institute of Management (Chartered). He is at present, the Purchasing Manager, Portland Paints and Products Nigeria Plc.
Dotun Jegede holds a Master Degree in Human Resources Management from Trinity College and University, Malaga, Spain. He also holds International Membership of Human Resources (HR.COM) and Nigerian institute For Training and Development (NITAD) respectively.
Dotun started his Human Resources career with Oasis Group before joining Churchgate Group in 2004. He later moved to Resource InfoTech Company as Human Resource Analyst and Trainer. He specializes in Human Resources Systems Audit, Personality Analysis and Psychometrics Testing. He is also a seasoned trainer and course Developer.
He had featured in the organizational restructuring exercise and HR Audit of quite a number of firms in Lagos, amongst them are; Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), MAARDEC Limited, Aims Achievers Consulting, Abiodun Oladapo & Co, Clear Eye Clinic, etc. He joined Mario Consulting Limited as a Consultant.

Sunday Olubunmi Oyedeji is a Faculty Member on Banks and Financial institutions. He is an alumnus of the Ibadan Polytechnic, Oyo State. He had his professional accountancy training with Ladipo Afolabi and Co.
He also worked with various companies at various levels including: Luncheon Vouchers Nigeria Ltd as Accounts Manager, UAC Plc as Finance and Accounts Manager and Hillcrest Merchant Bank (now part of Intercontinental Bank PLC) as Manager – Audit and Control, Treasury etc. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and is happily married with three children.
Ayo Ogunshina holds a Bachelor and Master Degrees in Industrial and Labor Relations from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Osun State and University of Ibadan, Oyo State respectively. He also holds a Law Degree (LLB) from the University of Ibadan.
A Consultant of many years standing, Mr. Ogunshina had worked as Head of Human Resources Management in some companies before venturing into consultancy. His last place of work was Kollington Technical Industries.
Dr. Toyese Adedeji holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration in 1982 from University of Lagos. He also holds MBA from University of Ado Ekiti, Ekiti State. He is an Associate of Chartered Insurance Institutes of both London and Nigeria. He also holds the Fellowship of Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria and Honorary Doctorate Degree from a foreign University.
Dr. Adedeji had worked in LASACO Assurance Company Limited before moving to Anchor Insurance Company Limited (a company owned by Akwa Ibom State Government) and rose to the position of Managing Director/Chief Executive between 1989 and 2000. He joined Gateway Insurance Company Limited as Managing Director/Chief Executive where he retired in 2003 into consultancy.
An experienced administrator and professional, he had bagged many awards from State Government, organized private sector and non-governmental organizations. Currently, he is the Managing Director of Alliance & General Insurance Plc (A & G), a famous and indigenous Insurance firm in Nigeria.
Mr. Ayeni holds B.Sc in Insurance from university of Lagos ion 1984. Obtained MBA in Marketing from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomoso, Oyo State in 2008. A Fellow of Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria. His work experience in Insurance Business spanned over 25 years, a good part of which was spent at Senior Management positions which include organization such as NEM Insurance, Confidence Insurance Company.
He attended several leadership development courses and had written many value-adding papers on insurance in Nigeria. He was until December 2010, a General Manager 9Technical Service and Compliance), Oasis Insurance Plc.
He was until January 2012, The Controller (Human Resources and Administration), Oasis Insurance Plc. He is a versatile and experienced Human Resources practitioner with 15 years experience. A graduate of Business Administration from Yaba College of Technology and holder of Master of Business Administration from Lagos State University.
He is a Member of the Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (Chartered). He serve many companies including Nigeria Kraft Bags Limited prior to joining Oasis Insurance Plc.
He was the Chairman of the Human Capital Management Committee of NIA, the umbrella association of insurance industry. Currently, Managing Consultant of Ahture Consulting Limited.
Kehinde Onijingin is a seasoned HR Professional with 10 years experience in HR practice covering Manufacturing, Consulting and Banking Industries.
He holds a Degree in Philosophy with Second Class Upper Division and a Master Degree in Human Resource Management from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Osun State. Onijingin is also an Associate Member of The Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (Chartered) and a Member of The Institute of Management. He has attended several local and international HR and Management Training Programme.
He was the Group Head of Human Resource at Amo Byng Nigeria Limited, where he provides strategic business interventions. Currently, Manager, Learning and Talent Management, Honeywell Flour Mills Plc.
Mr. Ayodeji obtained B.Sc (Chemistry) from University of Ilorin, Kwara State in 1989. He had his MBA in Marketing Management in 2001 from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomoso, Oyo State.
Mr. Ayodeji has a successful career in Marketing having worked for over 20 years in organization such as Print Inks Nigeria Limited, Miccom Cable and Wires Limited, Alumaco Nigeria Plc and Sparkwest Steel Industries Limited.
Mr. Ayodeji attended several management development sector courses. An Associate Member of Nigeria Institute of Marketing. He is presently, Head, Technical Sales, Dorman Long Protective Coatings Limited.
Mr. Adeyemi holds HND in Public Administration from Kwara State Polytechnic and M.Sc in Management Psychology from University of Ibadan. His work experience spanned over two decades, most of which was spent at both middle and senior management position.
